Newsletter: August helper

Dear Readers,

On this beautiful summer day, I would like to introduce our new assistant, the label printer, HunByn! It is a wonderful addition to the team, as he saves time for us. No more need to stand in the post office queue, less pay, and quicker preparation as well. Now we are open for shipping not just Monday through Friday, but Saturday as well. Also we have more plans for him, and not just to do labels, but maybe something more custom-made as well? Follow our Instagram page to get updated.

As the summer holidays are here, we will be announcing a “back to school” sale for both main and EU shops from August 5th to August 11th! So get ready to fill up your table with stationery for the new school year!

Newletter: July season

Dear readers,

Half of 2024 had already passed, and we were enjoying the presence of the sun and heat, weren’t we? We can tell by how sales have increased on Seagull items, haha.

As time passes, we are still working on our postcards that we mentioned in our last newsletter. So we wanted to reveal to you the second design of postcards. This is also a little teaser for our upcoming next collection, which we are working on. And it’s not going to be cats or birds again, as you can probably tell by the theme in the top picture. We are really looking forward to updating you on that in the near future. In case you are curious about the process of work that I do, you can always follow my creative Instagram profile, @bastete1992. There, I usually share the work in progress of the work I do for the shop and my personal projects as well.

Dear readers,

Here comes the summer and all the beauty of the greenery. It is the perfect time to enjoy being outside, reading a book, and having a morning coffee. Whichever part you are living in, we wish you lovely, warm weather to enjoy.

Resting Cat Shop will be making other different types of products again as we wish to make a wide range of choices for your lovely shopping experience. As you can see in the main photo of this month’s newsletter, we are giving you a sneak peek at one of our postcard designs. We are very excited about it and hope you like it as much as we do. 

We are also very grateful for all the support you have given us for the last month with the orders and absolutely adorable feedback. It means a lot to us. We really hope you will definitely have a great shopping experience with us and for the future as well. And if you have suggestions and would like to share them, I would also love to hear them. Newletter: A slow March

Dear Readers,

Finally, slowly, we are leaving winter behind us and seeing all the beauty blooming on the trees. Have you noticed it yet?

Even though the weather in our area has gotten colder, we are still seeing beautiful signs of new life in the natural world. Stop running, and just enjoy it. Stay in the present and appreciate what you see and feel now, because you never know when it will happen again. Covid has definitely taught me that one. 

I personally would love to say thank you to all of our customers. Usually we have quiet Februaries, but this time it wasn’t. Which made me so happy that you love the designs I make. Also, the most beautiful feedback I get… It’s just so heartwarming! I really appreciate that!

Newletter: Resting cat second time

Dear readers,

Welcome to February! Things have slowed down now that Christmas and New Year celebrations have passed. Have you been well?

We had to take some time off to work through what we wanted to achieve and what we wanted to make for you guys. To remember what exactly we are here for, getting into deep thoughts and new ideas will bloom like a spring bud and will bring some peaceful aura to express in our work to spread little joys and peace into your lives. We don’t need lots; we just have too many choices. However, it is not always easy to recognise what you actually need. But I’m wishing you to find it, because when you do, your heart feels so warm and peaceful. So that’s what I like to bring to this work.

As you see, we will be having a new type of washi tape, and hopefully more than that. We really wish to make a collection of just resting cats because of our title, because why not?

Newsletter: First month of 2024

Happy New Year, everyone!!

As always, time runs so fast, and we are already in 2024. Remember everyone saying that the world will end in 2012, or was it 2000? But all that sounds silly now, doesn’t it? but almost felt like that in 2020, at least to me. Whoever reads this, you survived through it, and I am happy you are here.

I really want to thank all of you for your support. This December was the busiest I had ever been in two years of having the shop, and I loved it! Thank you so much. You gave me so much joy with all the lovely comments and feedback you gave me. You are the best. You know, I do not write that in thank-you cards just because… but I truly believe that.

I wish your year would be more happy and that hearts would be in calm and peace. We need that in this fast-running world. Do stop and just take a deep breath.

The month has come of joy and celebration of christmas! We already feeling this wave of orders from you, which makes us happy that you want to gift to someone special. Big thank you to you all! We will work hard to get your parcels to your homes as soon as posible that you would able to wrap them before the Christmas.

Moreover, for the New Year to start fresh will be doing some clearance sale, so keep an eye on it through Instagram and Facebook.

November came again, which means the 21st makes 2 years for the Resting Cat Shop! It is a big celebration for us all, and it is all thanks to you for supporting us in many ways. We are very grateful! We had wonderful messages, feedback, and visits in the market from you that we will treasure forever!
